We provide expert advice on all aspects of technology on the sports business from event software, hardware and e-commerce systems, to homologation and equipment issues. We also specialise in advising on emerging media technologies and their impact on sports rights and marketing.
We draft and assist in the negotiation of a range of technology agreements, including software licences, website design, hosting and maintenance agreements as well as those for the supply of data and data services. We will work within fee structures agreed in advance with our clients to deliver practical but thorough agreements that reflect our clients' particular needs.
We have a particular understanding of the issues and
companies prevailing in the timing, data and broadcast
graphics space and advise rights holders and companies on
the legal issues involved in providing technical services
to sport. We also advise on licensing of sporting calendars
and databases to the media and betting industries.
