Our Services

Broadcasting

We have extensive experience of drafting and negotiating broadcasting agreements. We advise both buyers and sellers on packaging, producing, acquiring/selling programming across all media platforms throughout the world. We advise on production and host broadcast agreements; magazine and highlights programming; international licensing and distribution of programming; format licensing and rights protection; satellite and technical services; broadcast sponsorship and regulation; broadcast rights protection and disputes; off-tube commentary; etc.

Through years of experience of dealing with broadcast rights for major sports events, we have developed the skills and contacts to deal with any sports broadcasting projects. As digital TV platforms, broadband uptake and mobile wireless technologies change the options available for buyers and sellers of rights, we advise our clients on capitalising upon the new value-creating opportunities that are emerging in the sports and media sectors.
